Shipping 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN USA on all standard orders and will be sent via – USPS, UPS or FedX with a tracking number that will be provided to you.

Deliveries can take up to 7 working days but we strive to ensure most people get their product within 2 - 5 days inclusive. In the event your parcel does not arrive within 10 days of placing the order, please notify us. In the event that you wish to have your parcel sent as express posted, please don't hesitate to call us.

Returns

Karma Rub USA will replace goods that have been damaged or lost in transit.

For damaged parcels and a request for new product please send a photograph of leaking or damaged goods within the packaging sent to our email site at info@karmarubusa.com. In this way we can understand how we can improve our packaging and shipping systems.

Specifically the wholesaler/distributor undertakes that the product will not be sold on Amazon, Ebay or any other similar website platform that competes for SEO Google rankings against the Trade Marked website platform for Karma Rub USA and its Products.
