Refund policy

Refunds
In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned to Karma Rub USA with the customer being responsible for necessary shipping costs within 30 days of purchase. Their must be a reasonable reason for product to be returned and proof that product is damaged or cannot be used by customer. 

1. Please email info@karmarub.com or call 573-280-9527 to request a refund.
2. To receive a refund item must be returned at the cost of the customer.
